For the first time this year, my lunch was almost entirely made and brought in here, then the mug washed up by my carer!
It was just my usual mug of vegetable Cup Soup again today which, along with the biscuits and the dairy-free squirty cream on my hot chocolate this morning, has thankfully taken my calorie count into the red... not by much, granted, but at least it's red not blue or green on the graph.
