Mornin' all

I've been down here for the last hour but I've got techie gremlins again so this is the first chance I've had to say good morning to you all.

I've remembered that it's my weekly virus scan and backups today but it took the best part of 20 minutes for my anti-virus program to start up so it's only done 30% so far, frustratingly.  Managed to take my morning pills with my morning glass of water while I was twiddling my thumbs waiting for everything to load up though, so that's OK.

Gotta remember to contact the pharmacy to chase up my two prescriptions at some point today and I'm due for a delivery too, so I'm predicting that'll either turn up while I'm getting washed and dressed this morning or while I'm on the phone to the pharmacy lol

Gonna publish this now and try and put my day's to-do list up before my carer arrives.
