Assuming I'm still where I want to be with my weight (ideally the same weight as I was on Monday, but heavier would be ideal) when I weigh myself tomorrow, I've got a decision to make - when I do my laps, do I push my boundaries slightly and include going out the back as well as being inside like I have done up to now, or do I just stay indoors and not take any risks or push my boundaries slightly for the first time this year?
If I go outside it'll just be in the afternoon laps tomorrow and morning laps on Tuesday 'cos of a delivery being scheduled tomorrow morning and my groceries on Tuesday afternoon and after that it'll just be when I'm feeling able to safely do it, so I won't be taking stupid risks, I just wanna start getting some fresh air into my lungs while I'm exercising/doing my physio is all.
Sooo, what do you reckon I should do please? Leave me a comment on this blog post so that I can keep them all together and make the final decision after the delivery has turned up and I've had my lunch.
