Today's lunch was nice and simple again - the first part was leftovers from yesterday's roast dinner with my in-laws of 2 servings of Quorn family roast, 1½ roast potatoes cooked in a teaspoon of vegetable oil and a serving of runner beans. I also scoffed a 180g pack of Quorn garlic & herb bites which I've never had before along with a 500ml glass of water and I've had waaay too much protein now 'cos I'm stuffed lol
