Today's lunch has left me bloated, but I've had 6 portions of fruit today (the orange juice this morning and the grapes for my lunch) so that's a good thing.
It was a nice, simple, quick, protein-rich and deliciously sweet lunch today of 3 servings (aka 9 bites) of Quorn garlic and herb bites and 400g of seedless black grapes all washed down with a 500ml glass of water. I think I've earnt a me-friendly creamy drinking chocolate or mocha for my first hot drink of the day now lol
