Today's breakfast was the same as it has been for the last few days - a bowl of Berry Granola with plant protein soya milk and my usual 250ml bottle of orange juice. I've also got a decaff instant coffee on the go and I've had a 6 serving packet of crisps to really bump my calories up too, but there's no photo of those 'cos I'd already put my laptop on the table when I brought them through.
