...relax.
I've just finished writing the book that has been inside me for a very long time and it might sound strange but I feel physically lighter, brighter and more able to cope now.
When I self-publish it, there may be people who disagree with me, but it's how I felt at the time and I can't change that.
It's a no-holes-barred look into my disability and it's finally out of my head and onto screen.
Is 8am too early for a take-away mocha??
