Plan for tomorrow (Monday) morning is to...

  1. Wake up
  2. Come downstairs
  3. Take the bread out of the freezer
  4. Take my blood pressure
  5. Take my morning pills
  6. Get washed and dressed (I need to time myself)
  7. Have my breakfast
  8. Weigh myself
  9. Log weight into the FitBit app
  10. Wash up
  11. Hopefully re-start my laps again
  12. Collapse onto the sofa in a heap

Basically there are a couple of new things happening tomorrow that I've gotta remember so that I can get back into the routine of doing so that I don't keep my carers for any longer than their 18 minute minimum when they come back again on 1st December
