- Wake up
- Come downstairs
- Take the bread out of the freezer
- Take my blood pressure
- Take my morning pills
- Get washed and dressed (I need to time myself)
- Have my breakfast
- Weigh myself
- Log weight into the FitBit app
- Wash up
- Hopefully re-start my laps again
- Collapse onto the sofa in a heap
Basically there are a couple of new things happening tomorrow that I've gotta remember so that I can get back into the routine of doing so that I don't keep my carers for any longer than their 18 minute minimum when they come back again on 1st December
