My first meal of the day was just my usual two slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast with 'Buttery' spread and a 250ml bottle of apple and mango juice that leaked everywhere so they are gonna be getting a single star review from me.
I've also just made myself a vegan protein drink which woke me up from the first sip, so maybe it's my protein intake that's the problem instead of my blood sugar?
