Mornin' all

I've been up for over an hour and in that time I've taken my blood pressure and my pills, had my breakfast and done my weekly weigh-in.  I lost 1.95kg last week so I'm 50g under where I want to be so I'm gonna leave off the laps and load up on me-friendly creamy hot choccies this week.


I've just checked my reminder of things to do today that I put up last night, so I'm gonna add the juice and possibly soya milk to tomorrow's grocery order.


Time to get today's to-do list together for the first time this week.
