Mornin' all

Well, I'm starting the new week with good news - I weighed myself after breakfast and I'm 50g into my personal safe zone, so I can restart the laps this week, but only once a day.  It also means that I can keep having as many creamy hot chocolates as I want 'cos I'm back to instant soups for lunch this week, which are only 65-77 calories each depending on which one I have, so I've gotta raise my calorie intake by a lot so that I don't go underweight.


I've got a photo of my breakfast to share with you all today, just gotta finish the daily virus scan first.


This first blog post is getting a bit long so I'm shutting up now and putting my first to-do list of the week together.
