...remembering to ask the carer to help me to change the bedding and the carer being reasonably willing to do it for a change.
I'm also grateful for being able to wash and dry the bedding without going over budget on my electric today.
As well as getting more things advertised on Freegle...
And being comfortably over the minimum weight to be able to do my laps twice a day this week.
And finally, I'm grateful for creamy hot chocolates lol
