I remembered to pull the water heating switch when I came down for my emergency wee, so bath time is at 5.10am. I've taken my blood pressure which was in the high double figures instead of the low triple figures again and my morning pills have been popped. The daily virus scan was reassuringly clear, so that's a positive.
Time to get today's to-do list together now I reckon.
