Mornin' all

Well, I've woken up feeling absolutely cream-crackered again, so today's laps and sit-ups are gonna be awful.  I've weighed myself and I'm still overweight by 400g so I won't be having breakfasts this week, just the 250ml mug of soup for lunches.


I've taken my Visible reading and my blood pressure as well as popping my morning pills with my morning glass of water then weighed myself and set the virus scan going.  Gotta remember to bring the recycling box in and ask my lunchtime carer to help me to make my lunch today.


Aim for this week is to quell the hunger with glasses of water so that I can lose the last 500g to take me back to the maximum weight in the healthy weight range for my height.


I've got my FitBit and phone charging up now, so it's time for me to shut up and get today's to-do list put together now I reckon.
