...having a drinking choccie for lunch and 4 bars of chocolate throughout the afternoon.
I'm also grateful that I've booked the appointment and been honest with social services about the care agency... they are on the case now and someone is gonna contact me soon about a review of my care needs and potentially taking the twice daily visits down to 3 days a week which will be a lot better for me 'cos I'll be able to eat properly on the other 4 days instead of relying on drinking chocolate for my lunches.
I'm also grateful that I had toast for breakfast as that kept me going for a few hours more than just the juice does.
I'm grateful that the weekly virus scan and backups finished before my carer got here this morning.
I'm grateful that I remembered (at last) to ask about the type of book my next manuscript will be - if it'll be another medical memoir or something else.
I think I rely on chocolate out of loneliness because I didn't touch any this morning until I'd finished reading and reviewing the book.
