The social worker has rescheduled this afternoon's visit for tomorrow morning so I'm not gonna write at all tomorrow, play catch-up on Wednesday while the weekly virus scan and backups are running, write a bit more on Thursday morning, then finish up on Friday.
I've just put my blood pressure readings on my health site for the first time this month and I've drained my first mug of drinking chocolate of the day, so I'm gonna go and wash the mug up, pop my last two pills of the day and head to bed for an ever so slightly early night.
