I've just...

...edited Tuesday's grocery order to put a pack of frozen mixed veg on it and I've ordered myself a pack of pots and pans too from Amazon so it's gonna be a week full of veg next week 'cos of hopefully having the stuffed mushrooms on Wednesday, the carrot batons and vegan cream cheese on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and Tuesday then proper meals after that.


It was a struggle to get veg into Steve and now that I'm not getting carers in any more, it feels like a good time to make a fresh start and it's gonna be filled with natural goodness in the form of fruits and veggies instead of the sugar overload of the mince pies.


I was hoping to start slowly and introduce the good stuff gradually, but I figured that I would make a fresh start and only have the mince pies as a treat/reward rather than an entire meal.


I can't see my bum liking it for a while and rapidly having to work out how to process veggies again, but I'm prepared for that and hoping that I'll be all sorted again after a few days.  I've got plenty of toilet rolls just in case lol


I'm just gonna take things really really slowly so that my body doesn't rebel on me, but I'm hoping that I'll be able to start functioning a bit better with all the goodness that my body needs instead of just sugar, sugar and more sugar.
