I've just...

...adjusted my next grocery order again and taken the frozen veg off but left the carrot batons and mushrooms on so I'll still be getting veg into me, but not so intensely.  


I've added veggie fingers, onion bhaji's, veggie spring rolls and veggie samosas instead, so I'll still be getting loads of veggies into me, but won't have to juggle the air fryer and boiling water at the same time.  I will be getting the frozen veggies soon and will get them into my diet, I just don't want to force my body to process too many new things at once and want to feel more stable on my feet before I risk it too.


I'm hoping that I'll be eating properly before the end of the year, but I'm not gonna pressure myself and will be listening to my body closely, but next week will be a darn sight healthier than the last 3 years so I'm just gonna reintroduce everything very very slowly.
