Mornin' all

I've woken up this morning in a lot of pain, but I don't feel too sick, so that's reassuring.

I've taken my Visible reading and my blood pressure which were a bit out of balance so I've gotta take it easy today.

I remembered that it was Wednesday today, so I started the weekly virus scan off as soon as I'd taken my blood pressure, then popped my 9 morning pills and went to make my breakfast.  The virus scan finished soon after I started eating, so the backups had to wait for 11 minutes according to the software.  The backups have been started now though so I can't put my breakfast photo up until they've finished for another week.

I'm expecting a delivery today so it could be a long day for me, but will hopefully mean that I get a few more chapters under my belt while I'm waiting.

I've done the washing up so time for me to get cracking with my writing now I reckon.
