Nite nite orl

I'm proud of myself for doing my laps and sit-ups every day this week, but I'm gonna give myself weekends off so that I don't lose too much weight.


I've adjusted the groceries to add more good stuff and less unhealthy stuff to Monday's shop.  I've still got little treats that I can use as snacks, but it certainly won't be 6 mince pies for every lunch after Tuesday!


I'm gonna ever so gradually build up proper meals again, instead of just instant soups or mince pies.  I'm gonna ease myself into it though 'cos it's the best part of 3 years since I had a proper meal here and I don't want to shock my body into shutting down.

I've gotta remember to pull the water heating switch ready for my weekly bath tomorrow morning and I'm not planning on getting out too soon, unlike last week lol

I'll see you all in the morning when I've potentially gotta stay up late because I'm expecting a couple of Amazon deliveries.
