I've just unofficially weighed myself and I've put on 500g since yesterday morning and I'm now back up to the weight that the HCA wanted me to be.
I'm gonna keep scoffing the mince pies so that I can get my weight even higher, but as long as I keep to this weight or ideally a bit more, I can restart my laps and sit-ups again next week!
