Gooood morning all!

Today is gonna be a good day 'cos I've woken up with a morning stability score of a huuuge 4 out of 5 and my weekly weigh-in means that I can do two sets of laps and exercises today!


I've got an Olio-er coming for the melon and mango at 1pm today and I've got my delivery coming today too.  I've taken my monthly Visible reading but there's nothing that I can download, but my FunCap score for last month was 1.7 compared to a healthy person's score of 6.


My first blood pressure reading of the month was 110 so that's right at the top of my own personal reference range.


I've popped my morning pills but forgot to take a photo of the first glass of water, so I've got a second glass of water for my breakfast so today is gonna be incredibly healthy!


My weekly weigh-in shows that I'm 1.8kg over where the nurse wants me to be, but I've lost 700g since my last weigh-in so that's reassuring and I'll hopefully be back down to where the nurse wants me to be in a couple of weeks.


The daily virus scan was clear so I'm gonna get today's breakfast photo up and then my to-do list, then my first set of exercises of the day, then hopefully my recycling and food waste caddy will have been emptied so I can bring those in too and wait for the Olio-er before having my lunch.
