I put my little juice bottle in the recycling box then seriously struggled to take the box out, put Steve's recycling in a second recycling box 'cos he couldn't even be bothered to take it through to the kitchen, took the second box out. Put the food waste bag into the caddy and took that out along with the blue bag then sorted out the bathroom bin, the two bins in here and the black bag of rubbish, put it all into the canvas rubbish bag and took that out.
I'm wiped out and in a great deal of pain but still made a "posh" (cafetierre) coffee for both of us and brought it in.
My carer has just sat there either snoring his head off or watching something on his laptop. His care so far this week adds up to 1 hour and 59 minutes, which is less than I've cared for him this morning alone (2 hours and 11 minutes). He's supposed to care for me for 35 hours a week but don't usually even make it to 5 hours, yet I've usually cared for my carer for that length of time by Thursday morning but apparently I'm not the carer and don't do anything to support him 🤷
I reckon I'll just about scrape through 68 hours of care by the time I head to bed tonight, which is a couple of hours less than double but significantly more than the required amount.
My hayfever is through the roof again 'cos of watering the tomatoes, taking the rubbish and recycling outside and my carer has got the living room window, kitchen window and back door wide open, for his comfort rather than my health.
Time to stir and pour the "posh" coffee now, so that my carer can have literally one sip before he falls asleep and wastes it again.
