...I've just remembered to turn the emersion heater off to save a bit of money, I've done my laps and my torso twists, so I'm just waiting for my carer to get home and my body to recover from a busy day today, then I'll do my second set of torso twists, keep caring for my carer then head off to bed.
He's literally just come through the door and seems in a positive mood, so I'd best publish this then listen to him talk about his appointment then I bet he'll be asleep in under half an hour from now.
