I think...

...when the back yard has been cleared of twigs and small branches and leaves and slippery stuff, I'm gonna incorporate the going outside into my daily laps so instead of doing a length of the bathroom each lap, I'll try and use my quad cane to wobble up and down the slope that's in the back yard so that I can work on my slopes as well as doing my exercises and making use of the hot weather.


If it's raining or too cold then I'll go back to what I'm doing now and incorporating the bathroom into my laps, but I wanna make the most of having a clear back yard, an anxiety-causing slope and good weather.  It's taken the best part of 7 months but I got off and onto the kerb outside the house alone last week, so I'll hopefully be able to do it again tomorrow, then I've just gotta conquer slopes and I'll be more confident about going out and about to my doctors and stuff like that.


I can do this - I just need to take things slowly and keep pushing myself little by little.
