I had another bowl of fruity muesli with soya milk, a packet of apples and grapes for breakfast again this morning. I've also got a home-made decaff mocha on the go and there won't be any more fruit for breakfast now until Wednesday at the earliest 'cos I had the last packet this morning and I won't be getting any more until Tuesday afternoon.
I'll definitely have lost weight on weigh-day next week 'cos I've been in the blue (which signals that I've been under on my calories according to my FitBit) pretty significantly all week and I've been exercising every day too, so I'm guessing I'll be in the lowest part of the healthy weight range for my height instead of the top of the middle of it like I am now.
