Today's breakfast was, again, Simply Fruity Muesli with plenty of protein packed soya milk and an orange juice. I finished off the fruit for breakfast yesterday so won't be having any more for breakfast until Wednesday now.
It's gonna be a reeeally low calorie day today 'cos apparently we're having salad for lunch, so I'll increase my calories with ice cream when I get home... I think I'll need it lol
