Blimey Charlie!

Tomorrow is gonna be a very busy day bathroom-wise!

Not only is the plumber coming back to do some big jobs in the bathroom, he's also got an electrician coming out to do the assessment at around 3.30-4pm and he'll still be here then!

He said he's got a couple of smaller jobs to do elsewhere in the morning before he gets here, but I'm his big job tomorrow.  I'm trying not to get my hopes up and jump ahead too quickly, but I'm hoping that my bathroom will be looking like a bathroom before the weekend.

He's moved the stop tap today, so I think the bath, shower and sink are possibly going in tomorrow which is why I'm the big job, but that's just a hopeful guesstimate, nothing that he's said or a guarantee or anything like that.  Then it's just the flooring and tiles and whatever the electrician is doing then that's the job finished.

Assuming the electrician does a good job in the bathroom and kitchen, I wanna try and remember to ask them about the electrics upstairs too.  I don't wanna touch the bedroom light until an electrician has had a look and the landing light smells of smoke so that hasn't been used for at least 5 years, then it's just the central heating and solar panels to go before I can finally breathe and feel safe living alone.

It's been a hectic year but things are finally starting to come to the peak of the hill, then I'll breathe before falling down the other side.
