I've gotta be a good girl today because I was well over 1,000 calories over budget yesterday, so no breakfast and no hot chocolates today, just the two yoghurts for lunch and water, tea or coffee for my drinks so that I can get my calorie count back to where it should be.
I've taken my blood pressure, popped my morning pills and run the daily virus scan which was still clear, so that's reassuring.
It's Tuesday today so it's groceries day which means putting in my next order as soon as the slots become available then putting the bags in front of the door as soon as my carer has left after lunch.
Gotta do two sets of laps and charg up both FitBits today too.
Time to get today's to-do list together now I reckon.
