I'm scratching myself raw already this morning so it's gonna be unbearable when my carer arrives and I have to get undressed!
I've taken my blood pressure which was at the low end of my normal, popped my morning pills, run the daily virus scan which was clear and now I'm doing battle with trying to get the last six days worth of blood pressure photos up.
Time to get today's to-do list together then I'll try and get a few more photos renamed and put up on my health site.
