Well, I made it through the night but I'm exhausted, in a lot of pain, my head is stuffed with cotton wool and I'm just generally feeling lousy, but I got through it, slept for a few hours and remembered to kick off the weekly virus scan. My blood pressure was, understandably, high for me but still low in the reference range, I've popped my first 9 pills of the day and the virus scan is almost finished so I'm gonna publish this and try to get my day's to-do list together before I start the backups.
