Fourth and final update to today's to-do list

  • Pull water heating switch in the bathroom - bath-time at 5.25am
  • Use blood pressure machine
  • Put details onto spreadsheet
  • Put BP machine away
  • Drink glass of water
  • Take morning pills
  • Run daily virus scan
  • Charge up Inspire
  • Charge up Charge
  • Charge up spam phone
  • Charge up personal phone
  • Listen to podcasts
  • Listen to playlists
  • Turn on air purifier
  • Read and review a book - up to chapter 4 and it's already down to three stars
  • Get sponsorship for MacMillan - my postie said that he was going to sponsor me even though he barely knows me!! - my mum and brother are gonna sponsor me too! - my youngest nephew has sponsored me through my brother!  Thank you G and J! - an "anonymous" sponsor sponsored me too, so that's good of them!  I'm hoping for more sponsors now that I've actually gone through with the shave - I know who the "anonymous" sponsor is now and I'm respecting their desire to remain private.  I'm gonna give it until 16th July then transfer the money across to them and send the letter and paperwork - all done and dusted now
  • Get sponsorship for LPT - my mum and brother are gonna sponsor me! - I'll hopefully get some sponsors now that I've actually done it - I'm gonna give it until 16th July then transfer the money across to them and send the letter with my hair and paperwork - all done and dusted now
  • Check forum
  • Announce birthdays if necessary - none today but there is tomorrow, Monday and Thursday
  • Get washed and dressed with my carer
  • Post about how much carer helped me
  • Make breakfast of creamy hot choccie
  • Take photo of my breakfast
  • Have breakfast
  • Put hot choccie onto spreadsheet
  • Do washing up
  • Resize and put photo on here and Instagram
  • Log breakfast into FitBit app
  • Have long, hot, lavendar-scented, bubble bath
  • Shave
  • Pull water heating switch off
  • Get dressed
  • Fill in paperwork for MacMillan and LPT
  • Transfer money to MacMillan and LPT
  • Print off letters to MacMillan and LPT (don't forget to sign them both!!)
  • Address both envelopes
  • Put hair, letter and paperwork into A4 envelope for LPT
  • Sellotape both envelopes shut
  • Breathe a sigh of relief
  • Wash and dry first set of laundry (including undies and pillow case)
  • Put first set of laundry on stairs to air
  • Download, resize and do admin with blood pressure photos
  • Upload 6 photos to my health site
  • Put clothes on stairs to air
  • Match up socks
  • Put undies away
  • Hang up clothes
  • Wash and dry second set of clothes
  • Put second set of clothes on the stairs to air
  • Put pillow case back on the posture support pillow
  • Have a celebratory early morning J2O
  • Relax
  • Keep an eye on when my deliveries is due
  • Put stool together
  • Contact company about perching stool going back - the collection team will contact me in 7-10 working days to arrange a pick-up day - booked in for 25th July
  • Find out how to fix photo file names - first fix attempt is to charge it up - that didn't work so I posted on Facebook about it to see if anyone can give me any other ideas - no replies yet, but I'm guessing it was an update to my phone that caused it?? - gonna try and look in the settings of my phone to see if there's something in there that I need to switch on or off - can't find anything so I've given up now

  • Make lunch of 2 bags of apple slices & grapes
  • Take photo of lunch
  • Bring lunch through to the living room
  • Log lunch into FitBit app
  • Post about how much carer helped me
  • Put photo of my lunch up on here and Instagram
  • Take lunchtime pill
  • Do washing up
  • Do afternoon laps
  • There's chocolate multipacks in the fridge
  • There's plenty of broken/mis-shaped chocolate in the drawers
  • As well as Caramelly chocolate on the side
  • And caffeine-free Diet Coke in the fridge
  • And choccie peanuts and raisins in the fridge too
  • Not forgetting all the choccie in the drawers as well
  • And tiny cans of lemonade in front of the window
  • If I can wait for half an hour then there's fruit bread as well
  • Study my courses
  • Post about something I'm grateful for today
  • Download, resize and save BP machine photos
  • Put 6 days' worth of photos on my health site
  • Take evening pills
  • Go to bed
