Well, I went for my emergency wee but forgot all about the water heating switch until I came into the living room and reminded myself with my printed out to-do list for today lol
My blood pressure has been taken and it was in my normal range today. I've also popped my pills and I'm giving my Inspire some juice before I have my bath at 5.25am today.
The virus scan was still reassuringly clear, so that's a positive and I'm gonna check the forum now then make my second breakfast of July.
