Tomorrow (Monday) I've gotta remember to...

...1) weigh myself after I've had my breakfast 2) log my weight into FitBit 3) work out if/how many sets of laps I'm doing next week 4) ask my carer to change the duvet cover for me 5) lunch of leftovers instead of the protein shake 6) relax/recover/prepare for the perching stool going back on the 25th and seeing my best friend on Thursday
