I think...

I've got my cool weather groceries spot on again... 2 things of drinking chocolate for my lunches, 1 or 2 loaves of bread, a carton of me-friendly spread and 7 bottles of juice for my breakfast is spot on £25.  I can adjust what else I have depending on my weight each week (creamy drinking chocolates if I'm doing one set of laps or water if I'm doing two).


The drinking chocolates are 171 calories each and the soup is only 77-ish so I can use the drinking chocolates when I need/want to increase or maintain my weight and the water when I'm over it.


If I'm under a certain weight then I'll do the laps and sit-ups once every other day, if I'm bang on then I'll do them once a day and if I'm over a certain weight then I'll do them twice a day.  The laps and sit-ups are medically approved so that I can keep my heart healthy, I just need to find a way to maintain my weight as opposed to going over one week and under the next.
