Mornin' all

I've done too much for the last couple of weeks and I'm really paying for it now!

I've taken my first Visible reading of the day and got a score of 2 out of 5.  My blood pressure was back to my normal, even though I spent a good couple of minutes trying to get the cuff to go on straight.  I've got washed and changed and had my breakfast, so I'm all set for the day now.

It's grocery day today and I put the bags in front of the door before I went up to bed last night, so I've just gotta put my next grocery order in now.

My last birthday pressie is due today instead of tomorrow so it's gonna be another busy day for me, but that's hopefully it then.

Gotta remember to clear my browser caches ready for tomorrow's weekly scan too.

This first blog post of the day is getting a bit long so I'm gonna shut up, put todays to-do list together and then get my breakfast photo up.
