Mornin' all

I've woken up this morning feeling like I haven't slept again, so I hope I don't fall asleep in the bath!

My Visible reading for today is 3 out of 5 again.  I've taken my blood pressure which was high for me again, but still low according to the medical reference range, so maybe the low 110s are normal for me now??

I've popped my 9 morning pills and remembered to pull the water heating switch in the bathroom so it's bath-time at 4.15am today.

Yesterday's Olioer didn't turn up or reply to my reply until after I was asleep so I've suggested today instead.

This first blog post of the day is getting a bit long and it's almost time for my bath, so I'm gonna publish it and get today's to-do list together now I reckon.  I forgot to run the virus scan, but that's going now so should be finished by the time I get my to-do list together.
