Just taken our plates through to the kitchen and it tasted better without having the grated cheese on top of it... we both agreed that we could taste more garlic in the sauce and Steve thought it'd be too wet and sloppy but it wasn't at all!
We're both totally stuffed now lol I give Steve 15 minutes before he's asleep and I'll be expected to keep an eye on his breathing all afternoon then. So far this week (including the care so far today) I've cared for Steve for 39 hours and 59 minutes and he's cared for me for a grand total (including today) of 1 hour and 29 minutes, yet apparently he's the carer out of the two of us 🤷
