Cor lummy that was filling and very spicy!
Just had my lunch so here's today's lunch photo:
The chef (Steve lol) said that he washed the rice before he boiled it and used twice the amount of water than rice then let it boil until all the water had disappeared. Sounds simple enough and the curry was just tins of Tesco own brand curry but it was soo yummy!
Gonna be a vegan Sunday roast tomorrow, so I'll take a photo of that for you all too.
