I remembered to take the photo today 😃
Today's lunch (for Amanda - Steve had the meaty version) was a couple of spicy bean burgers in buns with a bit of mayo on top:
We'll never win any prizes for presentation or complexity or healthiness, but given a choice between home-cooked veggie burgers or nowt, it's food all the way for me!
According to our menu for tomorrow, we'll be having a gorgeously quick, light and simple scrambled eggs on toast. I'll try and remember to take a pre as well as a post sauce photo... which colour sauce should I have though - red sauce (tomato ketchup) or brown sauce? Leave me a comment in reply to this message before 11am (UK time) tomorrow and I'll go with the majority vote.
As long as I remember, there will hopefully be two photo's of my lunch in tomorrow's blog post... you watch me forget like I did yesterday though lol
