Today's lunch was just my usual instant vegetable Cup Soup made entirely by me again because my carer only stayed for long enough to do the washing up and wiping down the sides of the sink and main counter then left 4 minutes after signing in because "I sign out on pad. Office just need know I here" apparently so she'll be able to catch up on her lateness (because of roadworks) and will even be able to stop for her lunch break too now. Basically I'll be charged for an hour of care but have had absolutely zero support today <shrug>
