I've just taken my blood pressure which was normal for me, popped my first 9 pills of the day which all went down pretty easily, had my breakfast and I got the soya milk pretty much spot on, then I weighed myself and I'm well into the healthy weight range for my height again at last! I've put on 900g since my last weigh-in last week and I'm 50g into the twice-a-day laps so I'm really proud of myself!
Today's virus scan was clear, so that's another reassuringly positive to add to today too!
Time to get today's to-do list together then make myself my first celebratory drinking chocolate of the week while I wait for my first carer of the day and week.
Today is gonna be a good day!
