I've woken up and come downstairs with my eyes and nose streaming and a cough so it's gonna be a high hayfever day today.
So far this morning I've taken my blood pressure, popped my morning pills, had my breakfast and weighed myself. I'm under where I want to be so there won't be any laps this week and I'll be pigging out on hot chocolates as well.
I need to remember to ask my carer to help me to change the bedding at lunchtime so I hope I get one who doesn't mind doing it rather than one who gets grumpy and takes it to her other clients with her.
I've got a couple of deliveries due tomorrow, as well as my weekly groceries, so I'm gonna be run off my feet!
Gotta remember to bring in the rubbish and recycling containers as soon as it's all been emptied too, so it'll be all go today too.
The daily virus scan found an advanced issue... hold on while I resolve it - OK, done.
This blog post is getting a bit long so I'm gonna publish it now and get today's to-do list together.
