So far this morning I've taken my blood pressure, popped my morning pills, had my breakfast and run the daily virus scan. I'm coughing like nobody's business this morning and my nose is streaming like a river so it's gonna be a very hayfevery day today.
Time to get today's to-do list put together, then my breakfast photo, and I can read more of my paperback memoir until my carer gets here this morning.
