...interesting to see if/when and for how long the side effects kick in 'cos I've just taken my nightly pills and I'm still wide awake, so I guess I'll find out if the nightly tiredness is 'cos of the side effects like I've always thought or if it's genuine exhaustion from the day I've wobbled through each time.
I've turned the light right down to try and encourage the sleepiness but we shall have to wait and see what happens.
I'm giving my Inspire some emergency juice and I'll try and remember to charge up my Charge when it's finished/in the morning, but I'm gonna be doing nothing but listening to my body and giving it what it needs, when it needs it.
