I've taken my blood pressure which was a bit low even for me, popped my 11 morning pills, including 2 happy pills and pulled the water heating switch in the bathroom so bathtime is 6am according to my watch and run the daily virus scan which found an advanced issue that is now resolved.
Time to get today's to-do list together now methinks.
