Well, I woke up an hour later than usual this morning, so I won't be able to have any breakfast today and there isn't time to read any more of the book before my carer could turn up so I'm already behind today!
I've taken my blood pressure which was normal for me, popped my 10 morning pills and run the daily virus scan which found 2 "Advanced Issues".
Time to get today's to-do list together now methinks.
