It's been a pretty standard morning so far 'cos I've woken up, fallen out of bed, crawled downstairs, taken my blood pressure and popped my morning pills so far, so that's groove and cooly.
The daily virus scan was clear and my blood pressure was pretty normal, so I'm just waiting for my carer now.
I've got the first of three medical appointments this afternoon so I've gotta remember to put my key on and take the lightbulb box with me to give to M when she comes to pick me up.
Time to publish this and get today's to-do list together now I reckon.
