It's no wonder that I've been absolutely knackered all day - I only managed 6 hours and 4 minutes of sleep and not a single minute of deep sleep all night!
I've popped my last two pills of the day so I'm gonna head straight on up to beddy-byes and hope that I get a less disturbed night tonight.
