...take my pills tonight 'cos I've drunk too late and my Visible and phone need some emergency juice, so I'm having a day off - it's been a while since my last missed dose, so it's not too bad.
I'm gonna close the curtains and turn the living room light onto low in the hope that it'll switch my brain off before too much longer.
